They don’t pick girls if they don’t approve of their family. The Panhellenic board discusses the candidates and if they don’t like your family or parents, you won’t get it. Only silly girls get it.

One of them has an older sister who is a recruitment chair for one of soritiess here. How is that a good idea? They literally look like twins. PNMs will/can assume that they’re in the same house.... not smart
