Adpi is still on the bottom even though they think they're moving up because this time next year they won't even have a house

I'm not saying ADPi is better than anyone but they for sure are moving up.. Tri Delta and Zeta are definitely moving down. Probably all three are bottom tier.

On the topic of ADPis house... They will still have it. Sig Ep has decided to build their own house. In fact they have already begun.
