Chi O and KD are mostly Mississippi girls with some out of state members. Phi Mu is right at 50/50 in State - out of state. ZTA is mostly out of state.

Probably because Chi O and KD have such a hard time with recruiting and get cut the first day by everyone and no one comes into recruitment only wanting Chi O or KD and they are not popular at all on campus so poor Chi O and KD can only attract "homlier" and "butchier" girls and I hear they may even have to leave campus because they just can't get any members. And yes, I am being sarcastic. Give it up - they are still top and will be for a long time.
