Why are there so many East Mississippi CC Cheer leaders hanging out in the cotton district? They are under 21-not supposed to get into bars. Also, why do they all have mid-drifts on and their belly buttons are pierced? Can't they just go back to scooba?

I'm not sure who the OP is but I have noticed these kids hanging out some in the cotton district, too. They are really loud and annoying.
