variable quota works

I am here to defend variable quota. Sure chi o and KD still got who they wanted and to a lesser degree so did DG. But now with 2 years of variable quota, I think all the other sororities are much more competitive. It used to be a big drop from the so called top 3 to everyone else but now I don't think there's as much of a difference. And with really strong classes this year, Phi Mu, DDD, pi Phi, zeta, and ADPi are all much closer to each other. If State does another year of variable quota, I think it will be hard to tell these 5 sororities apart.
