phi mu, zeta, and pi phi

Honestly this rush I was seriously impressed with the "middle tier" especially Phi Mu and Zeta. Gorgeous houses with gorgeous girls. I feel like ten years down the road they could break into the top as long as they don't tear each other down. I personally think it will be easier for those two just because they have the years and history at MSU. Pi Phi is a good house but I feel like I didn't quite catch them having an identity. Like Phi Mu is super attractive or Zeta is super sisterhood focused. I feel like all 3 are slowly moving up this rush.

I agree with this. I think Phi Mu and ZTA did especially well. Also, Phi Mu seems to be improving their sisterhood focus and ZTA is definitely getting attractive girls. Phi Mu still needs to work on their "Mean girl" reputation and ZTA needs to work on their grades. Both have really improved their retention over the past several years. Things could change over the next few years.

Zta picked up all the party girls with bad reputations and grade issues. Being pretty doesn't make you a good person or benefit a house.
