I am so sorry to hear that! I would suggest sticking it out until the end. If you aren't feeling it by pref then drop and you can do COB or try in the spring.

You don't have to say who it is. If you want, go tomorrow and see it is and then decide if you wish to drop. Just know that you have options. You can possibly get a snap bid, you can do COB, you can accept and then drop before initiation (if you accept a bid, you cannot join another group for a year.) Talk to your Gamma Chi about your options and don't give them the house so they and you can speak openly about it.
