cost of sororities

In looking at the cost of sororities I'm curious as to why it is cheaper for non-residents than it is for residents? Are they referring to residents of MS and non residents of MS?

Lol no it refers to people who live in the house and those who don't.

"residents" includes housing in the sorority house. "non-resident" is girls who don't live at the sorority house.
