sorority house requirements

by: PNM

How does it work for sorority members? Do Phi Mu, Tri Delt and Zeta have require girls to live in the sorority house for a year? How do they figure out who lives in the house and who lives in Hathorn? TIA

Mine doesn't require living in Hathorn or the house. I don't know of any who require either one.

Why would my comment get a down vote? It's the truth. My house doesn't require us to live in the house or Hawthorn.

I believe Tri Delta you live in the house at least one year maybe? I don't know about Phi Mu. Zeta you are not required to live in the house or a sorority dorm hall. DG makes you live in Hathorn one year and the DG house one year.

Living in the house was one of the best years of my life. It's so fun and you get to truly bond with your sisters. We had to live in the house one year but I'm happy they made us because it was an awesome experience and one of the biggest parts of being in a sorority is living in the house

DG "requires" you to live in house. It's normally filled with juniors that haven't lived there yet then the rest of the spots are filled with sophomores by GPA. Living in the house is the BEST year. Everyone who does it loves it. There are of course ways to get around it if you truly don't want to or have a legit reason you can't (like your family owns property in Stark already, bad allergies, etc).
