rush - what to do between houses

What do pnms do when they are between houses when they don't have a full card after day 1?
Also, are we allowed to have our phone between parties if there is a big gap? Thanks

From the end of one party to the beginning of another I believe it's 15 minutes, but often you won't have parties back to back
