by: ActiveHey ladies I know there's been a lot of you PNM's (potential new members) on this site looking for advice. I know recruitment can be super scary but here's what I say to you. Stay off Greek rank. While a lot of the girls on this site are genuine people unfortunately some aren't. Don't worry about rankings and which house is "better" it doesn't matter. Find the house that fits you and where you feel the happiest and most genuine. Be your self during recruitment and I promise any questions you have your assigned gamma chi will be more than happy to answer. Just my word of warning Greek rank sways opinions unnecessarily.

From a PNM from last year. If you do not have a rec or connection to a top house rank them below the line day 1. They want bragging rights to 100% return rates from day 1. Your rush will be successful and you will get the house you wanted when you shed these houses day 1. Wish someone would have told me this.
