zeta and pi phi

I've seen tons of rankings on here and cannot wrap my mind around how people rank Pi Phi above ZTA. Can someone explain? I just don't get how a house that's barely involved and hasn't been here even 10 years yet is right under Phi Mu. Not hating, just asking y'alls opinions!

In my opinion, pi phi seems to be more involved than zeta. Also a couple years ago zeta had some really bad pledge classes the brought their rep way down. Pi phi has quickly grown which has caused a lot of people to look favorably at pi phi.

They're honestly pretty equal. I'd say that zeta had a pretty good year this past year with involvement but the year before, pi phi probably did better. They're both strong middle tier and when I went through rush I remember considering those two equal. Both seem to have gained the reputation of pretty girls that are big partiers. A lot of people end up with those two on pref and half choose one while the other half chooses the other.

Honestly the rankings you see on here aren't accurate. You will be able to form your own opinion during rush when you meet the actual girls
