Do all houses go on a new member retreat? And if so, are they that weekend right after bid day? TIA

Every house if different. Most do a bid day activity together after. The new member retreat normally comes a couple weeks to a month after bid day. It's just up to the house

With bid day being on the first day of school this year- I suspect a lot of houses having something planned for that first weekend
