sorority booths at orientation

I have gone thru Orientation and am OOS. I've read this site but I know it is mostly false, especially after meeting different girls in sororities on campus. I really just found this by accident when I was looking for the panhellenic website and read it because I don't know anyone and was curious. Anyway, about the booths, honestly every single one was really cute!!! I talked to each sorority and I really didn't get a bad vibe from any of them. I think I personally clicked and had the best conversation with the girls at Pi Phi, Phi Mu, DG, and Zeta, but I mean it was really fast because they were trying to talk to so many people. They stuck out to me though. I enjoyed every single one though and being from OOS I know I'll be happy with any house. I had reservations about DDD, Zeta, and ADPi from what I've read but their girls were really cute, personable, and no different than any of the others. I'm really excited about rush now which is a huge relief because at one point this site made me want to not rush!

I love seeing posts like this. It just goes to show that you can find your home in any of the 8 sororities we have. Who cares if this website says a sorority isn't as good as another? If you're happy there then that's all that matters. In the grand scheme of things this website is pointless. I've seen girls drop houses within the first few weeks because they chose based on which house was "the best" according to greekrank instead of finding a group of girls they feel comfortable with. Like PNM said above, the lower houses looked and acted the same as the top houses so the differences in each is so small. Follow your heart, not this website.

I agree! DG and Zeta were my two favorites which took me by surprise because on this site zeta is one of the lower ranked houses but I really liked them
