Which sororities have cheerleaders or Pom squad? Does anyone know specific numbers for each?

Phi Mu has several on each squad.

Not sure about exact numbers, but I think every sorority has some but they are mostly known for being Phi Mus and Zetas. I noticed Chi O had a multiple this past year. I'm sure all the others have at least 1 on each.

ZTA either 5 or 6 in cheer, 2 on pom but one just graduated.

1 zeta on pom and like 3 cheer in zeta, 2 tri delt on pom and 1 tri delt in cheer, 2 kd on pom, like 1 or 2 cheer in kd, phi mu has quite a few cheer girls (this is for the upcoming year 2017/18) a lot of spirit squad members aren't in sororities as well

A lot of Greek Pom squad members did not try out for the 17/18 squad. I know the two Chi Os didn't and I think one KD and one Phi Mu too. You are correct. Many spirit group members aren't Greek.

It seems to me that girls who were on competive cheer squads do not do well at rush. This is true at all three state universities. I just wonder why? I think the older girls are jealous of the girls' notoriety. They blackball them at rush.
