Why is adpi and pi phi always ranked at the bottom? Is it because they are both new or another reason? I'm just curious because I wanna rush next fall.

Pi phi is NOT at the bottom. Pi phi is above tri delt and upper middle. They have the reputation of having pretty girls so guys think they are really good too cause they don't use this website. And before I start getting attacked no I am not a pi phi
