variable quota

I wasn't trying to be "sour" The house I am in really benefitted from this recruitment so I was wondering because I want it to be variable quota again so that we can have as good of a group next year. Sorry for asking

No way anyone connected with Panhellenic responded is such a rude way. It's someone trying to make Panhellenic look bad.

You don't know who it is. But in my dealings with Panhellenic, they are elitists who dictate their beliefs. If you differ from them, they belittle you and send inuendos your way. They have been handed their exic positions by friends and will hand off to a friend. So yes, this style rush is here to stay. Chi o runs the show. Get use to it.

Chi O runs the show? Do you really think Chi O along with KD and DG wanted to be forced to cut more PNMs than ever before during 2016 recruitment? No. Those 3 alone had to take close to 25 less New Members than if traditional quota was used. The only benefit to them is not growing too large.

The only connection Chi O had was Panhellenic President. I'm pretty sure Pan President rotates through all houses so there won't be another Chi O Pres for 7 years. Every house has an equal vote in Panhellenic.

Actually, it's pretty beneficial for them. They can really handpicked their class more than ever. Especially if the group this next year is smaller overall it won't hurt them as much as everyone else. And they can also turn away more upperclassmen without looking bad because they want to "protect their numbers". They could disagree but that would be my thinking if I were them.

No. It just works better when the truth is shared concerning Panhellenic instead of conspiracy theories.

So you are saying Panhellenic and the Office of Admissions (who pick OLs and whose leaders are other sorority alums) are essentially working with Chi O so they can have the best recruitment and pledge top PNMs?
