Honestly I have a feeling ranks will change a lot with upcoming rush Chi O is still top due to strong involvement and just a good house overall consistently
If Zeta could pull out another good pledge class and with their renovations, they could probably be on the same level as Pi Phi mostly due to other sororities generally liking them and having more visible involvement like Miss MSU, Maroon and White, HC Maid, great philanthropy. Pi Phi has involvement just not as noticed this rush will determine if they are on the same level
I could see phi Mu going down due general dislike. During rush a lot of girls only went back because of supposed tiers and they are generally disliked and not very involved
KD and DG are not as liked by others as most believe. They come off a bit snobby but still great involvement keeping them solidly above Phi Mu.
DDD fall rush will decide their new pledge class is questionable but they could move up if they go back to their old ways

Houses like Zeta, Pi Phi, and DDD get the best OOS girls because those girls don't have the connections to be in the houses that care more about who they went to high school with and what their zip code is. Those three are wanted more by OOS girls. DG and KD are solid houses but I could see them falling more with Phi MU than Chi O
