Sororities: From everything I know Tri Delt is the leader. They generally raise close to &100,000 per year for St. Jude's. Chi O is probably second raising over $40,000 a year for Make a Wish.
Fraternities: Kappa Sig raised $140,000 last year for Reclaimed Project and Sigma Chi raised $100,000 for Catch a Dream.
MSU Greeks are typically some of the highest fundraisers within each national sorority or fraternity!

Tri Delta and ZTA seem to be the most passionate about their philanthropies! I'm not sure about any numbers but both have some very giving girls who love their philanthropy. Also it's great how much frats raise for their philanthropies but a lot of it comes from sororities giving their money, time, items, etc to the cause!

Sure sororities give donations to fraternities but 75% of the money raised by Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig is raised by their members through sponsorships. Don't sell their fundraising short.
