by: OmgPlease don't let our senate vote to make MSU a sanctuary for foreigners that commit crimes, as Ole Miss senate did last night. Why would we need this? I know our senate president leans this way. Do not stand for this!!

She should leave her political views where she came from... Up North. PC culture is on a steep decline in not only our campus but our generation, and it is evident in our nation's current political climate. Americans are fed up with the rhetoric. Keep pushing us where your role model, Hillary, was headed, Roxie, but unlike at Ole Miss, here we will push back!

Guess you don't realize that she spent most of her life in Starkville. She is SA Pres and you tell her to leave her politics at home? The country is fairly evenly divided on being PC. Don't forget, HRC won the popular vote. There are plenty of open minded people in Mississippi and at this University. I for one attended a high school with a very diverse population and many Muslim students. My school dropped public prayer before events 6 or 7 years ago. Our community supported the move because they decided silent prayer was a better option. I sat at lunch and in class with Muslim students on 9/11. They were just as scared and upset as I was. There are crazy radicals in all religions. People on this board call for acceptance of all sororities. You can't pick and chose when and where to call for equality. Equality should apply to all people at all times.
