rushing as a sophomore

DG/Chi O/KD-not likely at all. They may take two or three, if you're lucky.
Phi Mu-still not that likely, but a little more likely than the top three. Probably have to have a 4.0 and know the girls extremely well and be a legacy.
Tri Delt/Pi Phi-likely, but this rush they didn't take as many as usual. Must still have a very good record and grades.
ADPi and ZTA- very very likely.

For all occasions, you still have to have a very good resume and probably know girls in the house. If you've already rushed and dropped, just think--next year will be worse than this year, so the same houses that cut you the first time will do it again. Maybe even more house since now you're a sophomore. But if not, I would spend this time this year making friends in all house! Good luck!
