People can argue all they want but this is how the campus sees it as of right now!! I can see tri Delt moving up and KD moving down after this past recruitment but it's too early to tell

What has Pi Phi accomplished in the past 5 years to warrant surpassing DDD, Phi Mu, and soon to be KD?
They are getting better each year, but I don't think that great that fast.

Exactly in 9 years has already gotten tons of amazing girls. And its taken Tri Delta this long to get one good pledge class. Just sayin don't be surprised when pi phi goes even higher on the rankings.

Here's what I see happening. DDD has been getting consistently good under the radar PCs for years. They pledge good girl next door types and have pretty solid involvement. Pi Phi is getting recognition because they are going after pretty, social girls. If Pi Phi keeps going for looks rather than super involved or grades, they're going to end up playing second to Phi Mu forever. That's the route Phi Mu took and they're just now starting to have the involvement to rival Chi O, DG, and KD, but many people would still say they are behind those. So while Pi Phi may gain popularity, they'll never surpass the others if they keep rushing the way they have been.
