How does COB work? I got cut the day of pref night and I heard something about COB. Do you have to be invited or what?

Continuous open bidding is done by houses that did not meet quota such as ADPi. They will have little rush events advertised on social media. They may be the only house doing it because I think all others were above quota.

Just because they were above quota does not mean houses won't cob. If houses like zeta are still under chapter total then they will add girls. Plus I'm guessing some will drop between now and spring to open up a few more spots. Your best bet is with ADPI and zeta. Pi phi cobbed last year but I think they only gave bids to 3 girls so your chances won't be great for them.
