new system

This system looks good in theory, but NEVER works in real life recruitment. Years ago, the upper tier houses at Ole Miss voted to release girls early and lower their quota to help a struggling chapter, but the girls who were left with that ONE house, where they could not see themselves at all, dropped out. So, no one wins. I'm so sorry for you poor pnms who were misled and now heartbroken.

And it's about to happen again at Ole Miss. The New Member person from a top sorority is a friend of mine. They got word to expect a small group due to the variable quota. It will be another disaster.
