What is a snap bid? How does it work?

If a sorority does not meet quota tomorrow they can go through Panhellenic to call a PNM that they previously released, or that cut the sorority but has since been released, to offer them a last minute bid. This girl would accept and show up to the amphitheater like any other girl. They are extremely rare. And honestly with the variable quotas this year I have no idea how snaps would work this year.
