Yes you are guaranteed a bid. But if you don't like a house and don't won't to pledge that house. Do NOT list them on your bid card! They are trying to force people into certain houses. So follow your heart and only list where you can find a home
No matter how hard they press you do NOT have to sign a card for for a house you don't want

Then my Gamma Chi lied to me, I was told I had to accept either bid I received from the two parties I was invited to tonight.
