The size of MSU's sororities have grown significantly since the houses were initially built in the late 80's, early 90's. The original DG and KD houses were built to accommodate growth and I think we're the last two built during the initial round of houses. Chi O completely renovated their house (completed August 2014) and tripled its original size because they had completely outgrown the original house. After Chi O's addition/renovation Phi Mu and Tri Delt began renovations as well as DG and KD doing smaller additions. ZTA should begin their addition soon.

I know that was a long explanation to say the original houses were built for sororities with 125-150 members. Larger houses are needed for chapters with of 275-330 members.

The sororities were outgrowing their houses, and that's awesome!
