Will 2 recs be enough for the top houses? For one of the top houses I have only 2 but one is from a state alum and the other is from a big southern school as well but should I keep looking for another?

Two is perfectly fine. Two strong recs from people or schools we actually know, especially from alums of our chapter, is far better than 3 or more recs from people or schools we don't know.
