which houses require recommendations?

Which houses are recommendations a MUST? And which can you get by without? I'm interested in pi phi for example but it's almost impossible to find a req.

All sororities require recommendations.

I mean like what sororities do first round cuts of girls that don't have a rec.

Pretty much all of them ubless they like are absolutely in love with you and gotta have you which isn't a likely situation just based off the first day

Unless you have a standout resume XO/KD/DG will cut girls without a rec first night and I'm willing to bet Phi Mu does as well. It is the national policy of other sororities, like DDD for example, that you can't pledge a girl without a rec. So they might keep you and try to find you one but that doesn't happen too terribly often.
