Neither of those are true. Trust me if a girl is bashing a house leading up to rush there is a reason. To answer your questions honestly there are girls who are crazy party girls in literally every sorority and girls who have never touched alcohol in every single sorority. With around 300 members you'll find a group in every house that fits you.

Every single sorority has girls that party all the time and all of them have girls who never go to frat parties. All of the sororities will say they don't party as much as xyz does but every sorority has a group of girls that parties. And you know what that's okay because this is college and as long as everyone is safe it doesn't really matter.

Remember when Pi Phi kept bragging about sweeping the row this year because they had the biggest pledge class and thought every one wouldn't know that it was only because they took all the girls that everyone else cut.....

How many of the 109 girls Pi phi took are still active members? What's their retention numbers? They were allowed to have extra pledges due to them needing to build numbers. (Hardly sweeping the row!)

Pi Phi did not participate in spring rush and did not have "extra members." They met quota.

Not trying to be mean but quota for every sorority was 96. Pi Ohi had permission to give 109 bids. This is well over quota. It was explained to the other sororities that this was allowed due to them needing numbers because they are so new at State. That is not a case of "sweeping" the row as was stated right after rush by a Pi phi member. Look, Pi phi is doing great! I encourage all PNMs to give them consideration. But be honest about last year's rush numbers. Everyone knows what happened.
