Cotillion and sub deb is very exclusive to only certain areas of the state so it looks nice for those who are in it but it's not like "uh oh. They weren't in this we must cut them". If we don't see it on your resume then we won't really think about in. I'm in a top tier and I never ever heard of this stuff until recently when rush questions like this started coming up with girls I've met. You'll be fine. And gpa above 3.0 you'll be ok just make an impression.
