Since when can a girl just call the Coed Cheer coach at state and ask to be on the team? I guess when you live in Madison you can ask and receive anything you want. I guess it's too bad when these girls from there get cut for all the ways they treat people. Ugh I hate the arrogance y'all have. Karma has a bad way of coming back on you! Have fun walking onto your cheer team.

Phi mu might but dg only has like 1 or 2 girls in cheer or poms. That's not the type of girls they recruit

Hmm, no, I'm on a Spirit group and I know the two groups who cut very few of us! Those two groups drool over Spirit group members. That is the basis of my comment. DG only has a few because that's all they can get. They would take more if they could.

Actually top houses cut spirt group girls all the time. There is a poms and cheerleaders girls in Pi phi, tri Delt, and adpi so Dg probably could've had those girls if they wanted them. Being in Pom or cheer doesn't really give you that much an advantage except in maybe phi my

top houses don't really care that much about having sprit group girls in their pledge classes. The better top houses usually look for more well rounded girls who did more than just cheer in highschool. Phi mu is a middle house at best and they end up with all the Pom and cheerleaders because no other house wants them

I've been at this school for 4 years. Phi Mu is most definitely not a middle tier sorority. By all accounts, pi phi looks to have the treasure trove of cheerleaders on their roster. Please check rush numbers, retention, graduation rate, and preference night numbers before you make unsubstantiated claims that you can't back up. And, what's up with this girl? What's her story???

I heard she tried out at Bama and ole miss and made neither. Then she called the coach at state whom she knew. After a while, he called her back and asked her to cheer! Too bad for all those that tried out the first time. Things like this catch up to a person.

If she is good enough to be on the coed squad that finished 5th or 6th last year at College Nationals it won't catch up to her. Bama has a top 2 national squad and Ole Miss's is about the same as State's except they do an extensive interview too. I have no clue who you are talking about but my guess is she will be on coed all 4 years now. As for recruitment, who knows!
