Sounds like tons of new students going through orientation will have great Greek leaders for orientation.

If you look at the people who helped select OLs, it is a little suspect that Chi O ended up with 8, KD only a couple and DG none. There are normally 2-4 from all of those houses. There shouldn't be a monopoly on an organization. Feels a lot like when 3 of the 5 Diamond Girl Execs were Chi O's and a ton made it for a couple of years and very few from other houses.

As a guy I dont understand why everything must be shared by the sororities. The best applicants should get the job. i also dont believe the school activally chose chi o's over other girls they most likely chose the best leaders.

Chi os have no other life than to be execs on this committee or that committee. They don't socialize with any other groups nor do they go "out" like most college kids. So it's no wonder that they run the committees. They have no people skills. They only have "I'm in charge of everything because I'm the best" attitude. They only want other chi os to take their place as well. That's fine. Meanwhile, I'm going to different date parties with frat guys . When I land my first job, I will be more well rounded and able to make friends. Suzy chi o will still be hung up on her college committees she ran! Hahahahaha!

... my guess is you really don't go to many frat date parties or you would know there are huge numbers of Chi Os at them. I'm also sure students with "no people skills" were chosen as OL's. As a guy it's easy to see jealousy and it's a turn off.
