The bottom of your sororities is a little off. Tri Delt and ZETA are not on same level, and some put pi phi up with tri delt or down with ZETA. Majority of people think DG is better than KD.
The lower middle of your fraternities is messed up. Not too many people think pi kapp and ATO are better than FIJI and Lambda, and you don't have KA in there (I understand they are on probation, but they are still a fraternity), and should be above pike.
AND IT SHOULD BE NOTED that there is a big drop after Phi mu and ZETA for sororities, and a big drop after SAE and FIJI. (bottom four shouldn't even be fraternities)

Nobody on campus thinks that ADPI is anywhere above last place... (They have like 100 members less than ZETA)

Yeah that means nothing when it comes to spring rush. Some of the top houses have even less. The houses that took like 15 guys were blanket bidding which means they are desperate and will take just about anyone

I had a date with a KA and he had a stack of bids sitting on his dash. It looked like he just carried them around with him looking for someone to give them to. I honestly think they are more interested in numbers than quality.

This was either written by a KA because KA is too high and pike is too low, and everyone knows they hate each other, or this was written by a phi mu hater. Either way this is not an accurate list. Haha

This is a very accurate ranking! It is easy to group them in the following tiers:
Upper: Sigma Chi
Lower top tier: Kappa Sig and SAE
Upper middle:KA, Pike, Phi Delt
Middle: Lambda Chi, Fiji, ATO
Lower middle: Pi kap, Phi Tau
Upper lower: FH,, Delta Chi
Lower: AGR, Sigma Nu
