by: .....Thank you to the MSU Greek women who demanded a change in Derby Days back in 2008/09. Thank you for taking a stand to prevent the crap that still happens at Ole Miss Derby Days! I'm thankful the focus of MSU Derby Days is Catch a Dream and the child of the day and that's it's not used as a time to sing the praises of a fraternity. Say what you want about Sigma Chi but they handle the event well without degrading any women.

There has been a lot of talk that the sororities at Ole Miss are telling their members not to talk about the incident on social media and that Panhellenic would address what happened. I think that everybody should be allowed to talk about it. That is the only way that change will happen.
