Is it okay for a PNM to go to a bar? Would it affect rush?

Yes and no. We can't really tell you to not go to bars since almost everyone does underage. BUT if you get caught by cops for a fake or get sloppy drunk girls will remember it and could get you cut from houses. So it's up to you to possibly risk it.

If you're in high school and a PNM, you are not allowed to go to Fraternities parties.

If you are a PNM and attend a frat party, girls in the sororities will notice and rush will not go well for you. Also, don't let any active sorority members take you to a frat party. They are breaking a major rule for doing so and you could screw yourself for rush.

Some Chi Os took a PNM to Sigma Chi last weekend so clearly it's possible even thought the frats said they don't want PNMs there. If a sorority member tries to take you just back out politely and protect your reputation.
