Going to be really honest here. Many of the Phi Mus I know are VERY confident in themselves (more than they need to be.) They've got some really pretty girls, but I've never understood why they think they're a "Top House." They barely anything with their philanthropy. One friend I have in Phi Mu said she almost quit during Rush because of the cattiness of the girls and that doesn't surprise me. Overall, I think they're just a middle tier sorority. Not bad, but not the best.

I don't understand why Phi Mu thinks they are Top Tier. They never have been and more than likely never will be. They have a lot of pretty girls and love to have fun but when it comes to being the best they just don't cut it. Most Phi Mu's are convinced they are #1 but we all know that's Chi O and DG. Please hop off your high horse and join us in the middle...

I am a Phi Mu and have never heard that saying. It must be specific to certain schools?

are SO self-centered!! They think they are better than everybody else. Their "better than you since 1852" saying proves it.

try very hard and got a fairly strong pledge class this year but don't have the grades, class or involvement to make them a top group.

Phi Mu does not deserve all 1's but definitely not all 5's. Y'all had a good recruitment this year, and you know how badly you needed it. Don't be so high and mighty ... you have a very small percentage of Seniors left from the largest pledge class MSU has ever had, 82 ... maybe 25 seniors left. Retention is the key to success!
