Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at Mississippi State University - MSU 1.3 Is sure is convenient that you supposedly have a 'reason' for not making quota... But I still don't understand one thing: why are you treating upperclassmen so differently than freshmen? I mean, why take your full quota of one group but not the other. If you're wanting us to believe that you "CHOSE" to underinvite upperclassmen, then why not do the same with freshmen? That's where your story breaks down. Nice try, though. If you'd stop slamming the sweet Tri Delts, maybe people would leave you alone about your own FAILURE to make quota.
