Do you girls think that the frats really care about all of your BS on here? Chi O is a top sorority at State! Your comments on here show how jealous you are of them.

why don't you worry about your sorority and not about this one. Why you gotta be so mean? Go get with your gameplan and leave these girls alone! They have a plan. It is their plan and you should not be afraid of it.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

None of the big sororities or fraternities at Ole Miss will take upperclassmen either. Better to have everyone the same status. Just not worth it. I think the entire sec is starting to do the same.

If they don't want upperclassmen with high ACTs, transfer 4.0s and outstanding, proven campus leadership then that's their loss. There have been some great roadrunners & orientation leaders who did not start out at MSU. SO for Chi O to automatically turn their snobby noses up at anyone who is not a freshman is insane!! You can bet that all the upperclassmen know you're like this and we won't be giving you the chance to cut us. I'd rather go back to Pi Phi & Tri Delt than you. At least they me for my worth and not my year in school. Don't be surprised if all the upperclassmen cut you at first chance. We all know what you're like and don't appreciate it. Christianity involves seeing someone for who they are on the inside...which something you don't do. So don't claim it if you can't back it up!!!

negative comments about Chi O are always the same: upperclassman quota, boring, and crazy initiation claims. It seems to cycle through these three every few weeks. The fact is that this is a top group that only pledges top girls. Chi O along with my sorority, DG are THE leaders in almost every campus organization, have the most members in the top organizations on campus and are the main groups with female Student Association officers and Cabinet members. We are also the top two groups in grades but know how to have a great time too! Stop hating top groups so much and focus on the positives within your own group.

Chi O claims that they can go ahead not making upperclassman quota and it will not affect them from a size standpoint. They are VERY vocal about this. SO, either size does matter to them, or it doesn't...can' ;t have it both ways. They've bragged for years about how they're one of the best chapters on campus in terms of size of chapter. Are they now changing their position on that? That would actually be expected at this juncture. Most chapters that struggle to make quota or are not large chapters do adopt the "quality not quantity" mantra...but what they fail to realize is that the 2 are not mutually exclusive and there are chapters who can achieve both....

You're totally wrong, and it's obvious that you know exactly NOTHING about what sororities at Ole Miss do!! Most of them pledge upperclassman quota. And as for everyone being the same "status" - what in the crap are you talking about?? Each chapter has freshmen, sophs, jrs, & srs. So, if you pick up 4-5 more sophs or jrs each year - that's no big whoop. Especially when you're talking about chapters who already have over 300 members - like those at Ole Miss do. Your statement doesn't hold water. Totally invalid.
