Terrible school and Greek life 0/10

Honestly, it’s a really bad school. The night life is dead, your options are like 5 bars or an occasional frat party that only underclassmen go to unless it’s one of the few big weekends the school has. The people overall are fairly trashy, and it’s made up of mostly Mississippi kids from the same 3 towns. Go to a real sec school and not this second hand one.

I haven’t heard of any hazing in sorority life. I’ve never felt the slightest in my sorority. I’ve heard that the frats have stupid tasks but never heard of anything extreme or wild. Comfortable school and greek life. Not too overwhelming to where you can’t work or keep up with school but just enough to be involved and social.

Basically a community college in every aspect from quality of education to night life.

Greek life here enhances the college experience. Might be smallest out of sec greek life but that doesn’t matter too much. Sororities are still competitive as are frats. No big deal if you aren’t greek but certainly can’t hurt

Greek life is not absolutely crazy here, but still a very fun time despite the school only being about 20% Greek. The houses are great, especially the sorority ones, and it is pretty selective but not impossible to get into a food frat/srat even if you are from out of state with no connections

Greek life at MSU is fun if you’re in it, but you don’t have to be Greek like at some schools. That being said, your college experience overall will be better if you do go Greek

Many lies are told on frat row. Also, the frats need to be honest about taking rushees to strip clubs and forced downing of bottles of alcohol.

Place sucks

By far the lamest sec college. Also, not a school for “everyone,” unless “everyone” is just kids from Mississippi.
