Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 2.8 I would say that Phi Delt is an upper middle tier fraternity right behind KA and Pike. They have a reputation on campus of being kind of douchey but most that I know are okay. Their house is not that great and is located on sorority row. Overall a decent fraternity.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 2.8 It is easy to tell the groups who are self ranking. They always give themselves all 5's. Phi-Delt is ok, but they certainly don't deserve all 5's. I would put them in upper mid tier with KA and Pike.
