I mean hell, when was that last time someone said "lemme walk over to sorority row and go to a non existent phi delt party"

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 4.2 The seniors and juniors are flawless!! Last two pledge classes are great!! This is a solid fraternity! Really strong leadership. I like that they purposefully keep pledgeship at lower numbers so you can know your brothers. That’s why they have a strong brotherhood. They are a solid 4 on rankings!

He and I have studied together. Now I spend time at their house. They are hilarious and cute!! I wanted to send some love out to y’all! You’re the best!
