Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 2.8 a trickle down effect. Phi Mu hasn't even started on their house, so obviously Phi Delt couldn't move into theirs and since Phi Delt was not leaving theirs, Sigma Nu could not take the Phi Delt house. And no, Sigma Nu did not have the recruitment numbers to support taking the house anyway

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 4.4 My personal favorite. A great fraternity at MSU without the snobbery of most of the better ones. A solid group of girls frequent the house so I've never felt weird. And whoever said their involvement was non existent is misinformed. SA pres and Treas. Plenty of RRs and ADs as well.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 1.0 They have decided to chase away their best pledges . Lost all respect for them. The only reason they had good parties because SAE was on probation thanks to them.

MS Beta is the top Phi Delt chapters in the nation, not to mention one of the top fraternities on Mississippi State's campus. These guys know what it means to be true gentlemen. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 2.8 Phi Delt is hands down probably the least liked fraternity at MSU. And people are going to say some garbage like "that is because they're best" or some crap like that and it's not true. They spend more of their time trying to ruin the image of other fraternities than anything else. Also, everyone builds them up to having some exceptional degree of campus involvement because the student body president is a Phi Delt. Other than his involvement, their campus involvement is basically nonexistent.
