During recruitment I got stuck with the same boring girl for most of the time. Dropped them after the first round because they were not a very fun group.

Why did Chi-o not meet quota? Don't buy the quality over quantity argument because most of the other houses got their quota of quality cute and smart girls.

Chi O didn't make quota for the same reason this year as last year. They gambled on some girls who chose other groups ahead of them. In layman's terms, every girl on their list who chose Chi O first got Chi O and the rest got what they chose instead of Chi O. It's a numbers game. And it's true what they say = it's a mutual selection process. So sometimes groups like Chi O who are relatively successful during rush and on campus just don't make wise decisions with who they keep and who they cut and the girls they think want them 1st actually had them as their 2nd choice and decided to pledge elsewhere. Pretty simple really.

Got some really cute new girls!! but why didn't they make quota? I don't understand that and am not sure that's correct. They're a good group! Is the post below it says that they didn't get quota last year either? That can't be true. We like them no matter what! Phi Delt Guy

quite a few current DG pledges who did not put DG as their 1st choice, quite a few. They have a decent pledge class but not the top one.
