Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Radford University - RU 4.2 They are definitely on the come up. Their parties have been pretty good this semester. And they have a pledge class of 15!! Which is by far the most they've had in years. They are definitely on the way to the top. Keep and eye out for them.
