Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Radford University - RU 4.6 all of the negative ratings and comments are obviously jealous rival fraternities or kids who are salty bc they can't get bids. the best will always have their haters (DX/SX). don't hate them cause you can't be them LOL
