phi delt is a great new frat at radford they make girls feel safe and all their brothers are really nice. they're getting better socially but they're also new so it takes some time but they are on the right track

So disappointing. Used to be easily the best frat on campus. Now it’s overran by a bunch of chads that cause problems with everyone.
