I think all are considered on a similar tier.

-Snu is largest of the three but i'm not sure how that translates into quality. At the moment i'd say they're the best of these 3 but I feel like that could change.
-SAE is like a smaller version of what ATO was (good and bad qualities included).
-Dateeda are a bunch of goobers but occasionally get some good guys. Honestly I feel like these guys have been on a downward slope for a while. From what I heard from a few brothers, their nationals runs this chapter like a sorority.
