i have no idea what's going on

So I really want to rush a fraternity, but I have no idea what is going on when or how the whole process works down here. Could someone clarify please?

Recruitment Events fall 2015

IFC Formal Recruitment

Participants will have the opportunity to visit all 21 fraternities within IFC and throughout the week narrow down their membership options based on connections they have made throughout the week. IFC Recruitment will take place September 3rd – September 12th.
