rushing as a sophomore

I am coming in as a freshman in the spring (2015) but I am going to rush in the fall and I will be considered a sophomore because of earlier college credits. I am a pretty blonde girl, but I am also from Florida, being a sophomore and not from Georgia will this affect my chances of getting a bid? I don't doubt my ability to be outgoing and I do know someone in KKG, but still, I'd like some opinions.

You'll probably be able to get into any house you want. Just go through rush and have an open mind and get to meet as many people as you can.
